They are also ready for pick up now. Shipping and handling would be $40 additional.  They would be shipped in a US Postal Service approved box. Box cost would be $12 additional. Shipping is available to anywhere in the lower 48 states and where there is no Lives Embargo for US Postal Service Express Mail. Additional pairs are available at auction price and can be shipped for only $25 more shipping per pair.
