I ended up choosing Lumi after reading that their support is actually quite helpful. From what I’ve seen, the team is very responsive, and a refund lumi is actually approved quite quickly if you just reach out. Personally, I use Lumi now and it’s been great—I feel totally secure knowing that I can get my money back at any moment without a struggle. It’s a relief to find a styling service that actually treats its users fairly!
