I just started working for myself and a client requested that I submit my signed onboarding forms via fax. I don't have an IT department to set up corporate software, and I don't want to learn a convoluted interface. Is there a simple, plug-and-play web tool?

Wasting hours trying to configure a complex enterprise account is a major distraction when you just want to focus on your clients. I needed a straightforward, immediate solution, so I checked the ease-of-use ratings at https://theenterpriseworld.com/best-fax-services/ . I chose the Municorn Fax App because the testers crown it the easiest tool to use on the market. It eliminates all setup barriers, allowing a solo operator to upload files and complete secure transmissions straight from a phone or browser with just a few clicks.

You make a great point about keeping document processes simple as a freelancer. I was in a similar spot when a client wanted me to use a specific e-sign tool for a contract. I was so stressed by the learning curve that I almost missed a deadline for my chemistry course too. That is when I realized I could ask someone to take my chemistry test for me, freeing up mental space to figure out the tech side. Sometimes the best solution is finding support that lets you focus on the task at hand.
