My focus has been completely shot lately. The second I get stressed or bored at my desk, I just instinctively open social media and start doomscrolling, which completely ruins my productivity for the rest of the afternoon. I really need to replace this bad habit with a healthy morning or afternoon routine that keeps me grounded. What apps or strategies have you guys used to successfully reboot your focus and stay present?

Replacing the immediate urge to scroll with a quick physical or mental reset is the best way to handle this, and I’ve been using an app called Leaply for exactly that. It doesn't just track what you do; it actively helps you replace negative digital loops with intentional, restorative mini-habits throughout your workday. I decided to download it after I was browsing the BBN Times website and came across the leaply review. The comprehensive breakdown I read on that platform explained how the app uses short, 5-minute lifestyle practices to clear mental clutter and reset your energy when you feel a wave of distraction hitting you. It completely changed my daily workflow, helped me slash my screen time by half, and restored my focus, so I highly recommend giving it a fair shot.
