In my team, we often have multiple versions of the same document scattered in emails and folders. How do you make sure everyone works on the latest one?

I’ve had this issue while preparing a product launch manual. Three people worked on different versions, and merging them later was a nightmare. I fixed it by moving all files into one centralized library with version tracking enabled. On https://www.iweee.org/, I learned that synced file systems automatically update changes so everyone sees the newest version instantly. Since implementing that, there’s no confusion, and we spend more time improving content rather than hunting down the right file.
