I am involved in international trade and a barter deal went south last year. The other party is well-connected and had an Interpol Red Notice issued against me for "embezzlement." I am currently in Dubai. How do I fight this without being deported? What are my rights under the UAE treaties with Russia or China if that is where the request is from?
