Hello. I really want to work on my confidence and communication, but I can't stay focused on long courses. Does anyone use those apps that give you 10-minute daily lessons? I need something interactive that fits a busy schedule. Does this approach actually work, or is it too surface-level?

Hey. I used to struggle with consistency too! Tiny daily habits are much easier to maintain. I actually saw a very detailed riseguide review on Reddit recently. Someone shared how they used RiseGuide for two weeks to stay on track. It’s worth checking that post out to see if the format fits your vibe!
