Best Android app to fax college transfer transcripts to an admissions office?

Hi community, I need to send signed transcript request forms to a university registrar, but they only accept fax. I don't own a printer or scanner, and the local print shop is closed. Is there an Android app that lets you scan pages with your camera and fax them directly?
