To get your User ID: 1. Go to frankstrade.com and click on 'Login'. 2. Click on 'Forgot User ID'. 3. Enter your email address with which you registered at Frankstrade.com. 4. Click on 'Send My User ID'. 5. Check your email to get the User ID.

To get your Password: 1. Go to frankstrade.com and click on 'Login'. 2. Click on 'Forgot Password'. 3. Enter your Frankstrade User ID 4. Click on 'Send Email'. 5. Check your email. Follow the instructions provided in the email to change the Password.
