I’m trying to find a virtual stylist to help me pick out outfits for work, but I’m really cautious about these subscription-based apps. I’ve seen so many complaints about hidden fees and support teams that never reply. Does anyone here have a recommendation for an app that actually has a transparent billing system? I just want to make sure I can cancel or get my money back easily if it’s not for me.

I was actually pretty nervous about this too until I saw a discussion on Reddit about how different services handle their customers. I ended up choosing Lumi after reading that their support is actually quite helpful. From what I’ve seen, the team is very responsive, and a refund lumi is actually approved quite quickly if you just reach out. Personally, I use Lumi now and it’s been great—I feel totally secure knowing that I can get my money back at any moment without a struggle. It’s a relief to find a styling service that actually treats its users fairly!
